If you are not satisfied with your purchase, on any cuts larger than 1/2 yard, just send back the fabric in question, uncut, unwashed, and free of odors, smoke, stains, and pet hair, within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the original payment method used, except on items noted as "No Returns". 

*Shipping is not refunded*

  Shipping the return back for a refund is at the cost of the customer.  If an order is refused, the return postage amount that it costs to do so will be taken from the return amount.

* Returns using a Discount Coupon Offer*

Items returned will have the discount amount taken from the price of the fabric amount.  If the return amount makes the items kept fall below the minimum purchase requirement for the discount offer, the full discount taken on the order will be deducted from your refund total.

* Returns using a Free Shipping Offer*

If the return amount makes the items kept fall below the minimum purchase requirement for the free shipping offer, the full shipping amount based on the original subtotal of your order will be deducted from the refund total.  If your full order is returned, the shipping amount based on the original subtotal of your purchase will be deducted from your refund total.

* Returned due to wrong address entered on the order*

Due to a wrong address being entered on the original order that was placed, you will have to resubmit a new payment. Unless we made an error then we will reship your order for free.
